Smart future for Tickets.com

Leading business-to-business ticketing solutions provider Tickets.com are to relocate to Wollongong's Innovation Campus.

The Innovation Campus, a joint venture between the University of Wollongong and the NSW Government, is being built specifically to support the needs of technology companies like Tickets.com.

To be developed in stages, the campus will provide a total of 135,000 metres2 of floor area over the 33 hectare site for research and office space; retail and service facilities; hotel and conference centre and residential accommodation.

Photographs of the building tickets.com will occupy have been posted on tickets.com's Facebook page.

Tickets.com General Manager - Asia Pacific, David Borg has just returned from the Tickets.com Executive Summit in Newport, California.

Borg reports "this was a great event and served to showcase how far we've come with ProVenue.

"The software is now installed in close to 100 venues and we're currently finalising discussions with a number of venues to launch the software locally in Australia before the end of the year.

"Also on the product front we have begun our QA testing of the Select a Seat Online for patrons and this functionality will be available midyear for clients on ProVenueMax."
