Ron Mell to head YMCA Australia

Ron Mell, the former Chief Executive of YMCA Perth and an acknowledged leader within the' Y' movement in Australia, has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive of YMCA Australia.

In making the appotinment, YMCA Australia believes Mell possesses the values, qualities, experience and credentials to work closely with their Board, leadership teams, associations and partners, to lead they 'Y' movement forward.

Mell believes in a high level of communication as the key to achieving goals instrumental in progressing forward. One of the ways he will be communicating to key stakeholders will be with a new Blog that will be launched in the coming weeks.

Mell is a strong advocate of representing the YMCA mission of working together from a base of Christian values to provide opportunities for all people to grow in body, mind and spirit.
