Psycle fitness craze hits the Kingston Foreshore

After taking New York and London by storm, a new indoor cycling trend has touched down in Canberra with the new Psycle Life facility now open on the Kingston Foreshore.

Brought to Australia by Canberra-based fitness and recreation facility operator Club Lime, Psycle Life is an indoor cycling experience that promotes a high level of wellbeing and personal achievement. As well as being extremely beneficial for participant’s spiritual fitness, the classes are a high energy body honing workout which focus on fat-burning cardio and fun-filled choreography – perfect for aiding exercisers in achieving a toned look ahead of the warmer weather.

Offering 45 minute long classes, the Psycle Life studio includes 'white labelled' Keiser M3i indoor cycles, a modern fit-out, change rooms and showers basked by a team of expert instructors.

Psycle Life is also offering exercisers their first three classes for free once they join.
