ROLLER’s partnership with Redeam looks to drive customers’ sales

Looking to increase client sales, improve their venue management and decrease workload, ROLLER Software has introduced a new partnership with SaaS industry technology provider Redeam.

In a statement, Roller advise “to help our customers reach a bigger audience … Redeam’s Channel Manager delivers centralised, seamless, real-time API connections between multiple resellers and Roller customers, reducing the complexity and difficulty of managing ticket sales and capacity across multiple channels.

“Roller customers benefit from increased awareness and automatically updated ticket availability and venue capacity when a new ticket is sold (while) from Redeam’s perspective, this new partnership means they can offer attraction and activity operators connectivity to everything that Roller offers: an industry-leading platform that manages their entire guest experience from selling tickets, checking-in guests, signing waivers, and managing point-of-sale, payments, memberships, marketing, guest feedback and reporting,
