ROLLER introduces new Self Serve Kiosk and software solutions
ROLLER, the leading cloud-based software platform for the attractions, FEC, recreation and theme parks sectors has announced the release of new products including a new self serve kiosk and three new modules for its software platform.
Aiming to streamline point of sale (POS), ticketing and even waiver-signing, the new self serve kiosk has the potential to reduce queues for an enhanced guest experience leaving staff free to spend more arrivals to the location and creating a positive first touch point.
ROLLER has invested significant time and resources into researching and developing a solution that will bring tangible improvements to the guest flow and experience.
A statement from ROLLER explained “through collaboration with our client base, and testing many prototypes on real guests, the investment in the planning of this product has resulted in an amazing, intuitive, slick solution that the operators and guests will enjoy.
“ROLLER is currently rolling out its solution to its client base, and will continue its focus on delivering more solutions that will drive operational efficiencies (as well as) improvements in the guest experience.”
ROLLER advise that the new kiosk is ideal for attractions, FECs and parks.
The Melbourne-based company’s other recent innovation has seen the introduction of three new modules to its software solution.
ROLLER Mail is a new marketing feature that allows users to target their customer base with fully customised, eye-catching and automated email campaigns.
Recurring Passes allows venues to easily manage repeat-selling such as programs and passes, saving valuable time and money.
Playground gives users the opportunity to test functionality, train staff and more in the ROLLER platform without impacting the venue’s live platform. What’s more, the service is completely free.
The ROLLER software platform has swiftly gained traction across the leisure industry currently supporting clients in 15 countries.
The platform brings together all the disparate operational functions required by a venue, such as ticketing and marketing, into one place. This improves the customer experience because they only have to engage with one platform. And, it gives venues an intuitive, 360 view of those customers, as well as offering a growing range of modules and apps that allow for ticketing, targeted marketing, POS, CRM and more.
The system also supports RFID wristband technology, increasingly used by venues such as theme parks as a one-stop solution for ticketing, in-park purchasing and smoother food and beverage service.
The company recently secured $7 million in funding to support international growth as founders Luke and Mark Finn expand from their Australian base with ambitious expansion plans backed by offices in London, UK and Los Angeles, USA.
The new funding is earmarked to accelerate growth in North America and Europe, as well as expand ROLLER’s product development team.
Luke Finn explains “ROLLER will continue to invest heavily in technology and innovation in order to help our clients grow. This has been key to our success to date.”
