Rebranded Genesis Health and Fitness club operational in Ballarat

Former Ballarat 24/7 gym Body and Soul has completed its rebranding as Genesis Health and Fitness, with the facility now operating as a franchise in the Belgravia Health and Fitness group.

Continuing with Mel Tempest as owner, bringing her long-standing staff and trainers across to the new brand, Ballarat Genesis Health and Fitness officially opened Wednesday 3rd April with an open day for the members and the local community.

Commenting on being part of the Genesis Fitness chain, Tempest advised “we are excited to open as Ballarat Genesis Health and Fitness.

“While change can feel uncomfortable at first, I know this brand will genuinely care for my members as much as I always have and will continue to do - I knew this was the right way forward for both the business, and for my members.”

Belgravia Health and Fitness Chief Executive Ian Jensen Muir added “Genesis Health and Fitness has always valued building healthy active communities across Australia. We are thrilled to extend our regional network into Ballarat and we look forward to getting involved in the local community as much as possible.
