Genesis Fitness Clubs offers a healthy new beginning for thousands of Australians

Genesis Fitness Clubs has announced that its third Your New Beginning (YNB), 12 week challenge will commence from 9th February.

Offering thousands of Australians a life-changing personal challenge, the third YNB will be more focused than ever on delivering result to Genesis members.

To back this up Genesis Fitness Clubs are providing members who join the challenge with a guarantee that if they don’t lose 5kg or more their money will be refunded.

Collectively that means Genesis believe its members can lose over 15,000kgs in this challenge combined.

Genesis Fitness Clubs National Sales and Marketing Manager David Galbally explains “we believe Australians should be supported in their aspirations to become healthier.

“We know it’s not easy (so) the YNB challenge provides (the necessary) support through the assistance of our experienced personal trainers’, guidance and motivation as well as the clubs variety of group exercise timetables.

“(As a result) our members have the best opportunity at a new beginning which will change their life.”

Galbally adds “our members will get the ultimate support in this program with the launch of our interactive nutrition and exercise planner website ... and with a little hard work they will achieve their results.

“In our last challenge 47 club winners achieved an average weight loss of 20kg each (while) the top 10 an amazing 27kg each!”

YNB’s dedicated member experience portal is where members can plan their exercise routines and get helpful tips and articles to coach, motivate and support them achieve their goals. Members also receive a customised eating plan, with interchangeable meal options, interact with their weekly eating plans, mobile friendly shopping lists, snacks and much more.

This year’s campaign also offers over $30,000 in cash and prizes including a first prize valued at $15,000.
