Quayclean wins new customers in the private education sector
Quayclean Australia has significantly increased its presence in the Australian education sector for the commencement of 2022 after reaching agreements with seven major private schools.
Three of the cleaning, hygiene and waste management contracts wins were gained in Western Australia with Methodist Ladies College in Claremont, St Mark’s Anglican Community College in Hillarys, and Foundation Christian College in Mandurah all joining the Quayclean family.
Quayclean secured its first private school in the ACT with Radford College coming on board, while Santa Sabina College in Strathfield, NSW, St Francis College in Crestmead, Queensland, and Loreto College in Marryatville, South Australia have each signed agreements.
Quayclean has commenced mobilising staff and equipment in all locations in readiness for the commencement of the 2022 school year. All staff are fully employed by Quayclean.
Quayclean Chief Executive, Mark Piwkowski, said the new school agreements continues a growing trend within the education sector for outsourcing high quality, all-round services.
Piwkowski advised “private schools are increasingly recognising the importance and value of outsourcing cleaning, hygiene and waste management services to industry experts.
“The knowledge, technologies and expertise that our teams provide, particularly as different strains of COVID-19 arise, reassures educational communities and parents that school environments are hygienically clean and safe.
“We will also be working closely with these school communities to educate students and staff to increase recycling rates and reduce waste going to landfill.”
Explaining that the contracts wins in Western Australia and ACT were significant, Piwkowski added “we now work with seven private schools in Perth and the agreement with Radford College is our first breakthrough in the ACT market and we are hoping this will provide the springboard for further contract success in the nation’s capital.”
