QTIC looks forward to Tourism Week 2024

The Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) has announced that it will lead the delivery of Queensland tourism’s premier industry conference, the DestinationQ Forum, in partnership with the Department of Tourism and Sport and Tourism and Events Queensland.

This development for 2024 marks a new chapter in QTIC’s commitment to growing and innovating Queensland tourism with the industry itself to now take the lead in delivering all three premier events - the Destination IQ and DestinationQ Forums, and the Queensland Tourism Awards Gala Ceremony - during Tourism Week from 13th to 15th November.

Shaping the event
To ensure DestinationQ Forum 2024 reflects industry interests and priorities, QTIC is inviting stakeholders to complete a short DestinationQ survey with responses to help shape event content and speakers.

Input is invited by close of business on Wednesday 14th August.

Tourism Week 2024 will take place at the newly built, The Star Brisbane, with tickets and registrations opening 1st September.
