QFIT early-bird offer extended following great industry response

The early-bird ticket offer for the inaugural Queensland Fitness Conference (QFIT) has been extended until Sunday 30th September 2012.

For a further four weeks, delegates will have the chance to purchase early-bird tickets at a cost of $440 for the two-day event.

Linked with the Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo, the joint event will be staged on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st October 2012 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The QFIT Conference will be the first of its kind in Queensland and will provide attending fitness professionals with the opportunity to collect 12 CECs (Fitness Australia) and/or 3 PDPs (Physical Activity Australia).

The event will feature two full days of presentations by high profile industry experts from around Australia on a range of different topics.

The QFIT Conference will also assist delegates to:

• Become a better personal trainer or fitness professional
• Develop or sharpen the commercial skills required to run a successful fitness business
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in the fitness industry
• Expand knowledge into new areas of the industry
• Learn or develop new training techniques and methods
• Network with industry professionals and thought leaders

QFIT Conference Event Director Jason Greenhalgh said the volume of early-bird ticket sales has encouraged the extension of the offer, stating "we want to show our appreciation of the industry support we have received so far by extending our early-bird offer until the end of this month.

"We encourage all fitness professionals to take advantage of this ticket pricing and make sure they don't miss out on this unique industry event."

From Monday 1st October, 2012 the standard ticket price of $520 per QFIT Conference delegate will come into effect.
