QFIT 2015 set to bring Queensland’s fitness industry together
The Australian Fitness Network will be presenting the opportunity for Queensland fitness professionals to learn from industry experts when its QFit event is staged at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on 24th and 25th October.
Co-located with the Australian Fitness & Health Expo, QFit will feature presentations from leading presenters including nutritionist Matt O’Neill, sales and marketing consultant Justim Tamsett and equipment innovators David Norman and Vanessa Leone of Eye Fitness.
QFit’s keynote presentation will come from exercise professional, educator, author and Australian Fitness Network Director Lisa Champion (pictured above) who will present on the topic ‘Inspiring Greatness through Connection’.
Champion’s presentation will present an insightful journey to learn how to meaningfully connect with the people, be they clients, staff, family or friends.
Overall, the QFit program will present more than 20 lectures and workshops on topics ranging from high intensity interval training to the benefits of small group workouts. By attending the two-day event, delegates have the opportunity to earn eight continuing education credits (CECs) or three professional development points (PDPs) which can be used towards re-registration with industry bodies Fitness Australian or Physical Activity Australia.
