Pure Fitness Suntec City features Fuze training concept
Pure Fitness has recently opened their eighth facility in Singapore’s Suntec City featuring Fuze - a training concept comprising of Blaze, an in-house HIIT workout and two Les Mills training programs, Ceremony and Conquer.
Pure Fitness Suntec City offers a combination of functional training, cycling, and boxing, all aimed to build endurance and agility.
Blaze, developed by Pure Fitness exclusively for FUZE, is a targeted strength and HIIT combination workout designed to improve agility and muscle strength. Training deploys a variety of equipment including battle ropes and pull-up bars to develop functional strength, burn fat and build core strength.
Les Mills Ceremony is a functional training workout expertly crafted around the concept of natural human movement. The 45-minute circuit consists of varied structures and equipment that conditions the body and improves functional strength and cardio fitness for optimal athletic performance. The program focuses on agility, mobility, cardio and more.
Les Mills Conquer is adynamic 45-minute boxing conditioning workout that uses treadmill running, aquabag punching, and resistance-based cardio exercises. Structured like a boxing match with three minutes of work, followed by a minute of recovery, LES MILLS CONQUER is a high-energy and highly motivational workout that enhances power and endurance while building strength and speed through an extreme combination of movements and variations.
