Pure Fitness opens biggest ever club at Singapore's Asia Square
Pure Fitness' new health club in Singapore's Asia Square is the growing chain's largest.
The 3,000 metre2 club features state-of-the-art equipment and a range of classes as well as dedicated fitness features and spaces.
Management at Pure Fitness Asia Square are emphasising five new features that club members can make the most of:
1. 30-minute group fitness sessions
For those who can only seem to squeeze in a bit of exercise during lunch hour, the new mid-day Express Classes (featuring ViPR, Pilates, BodyAttack, Disco Aerobics and TRX) are designed to provide a high-intensity workout, in all of half an hour.
2. Outdoor fitness classes
Pure Fitness' Outdoor Running Club and Outdoor Boot Camp gets members motivated with other like-minded enthusiasts.
The former gets your heart rate up along the scenic Marina Bay area, while the latter includes a mixture of circuit training, group challenges and fitness games.
3. Aerial Arts classes
Available in Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silk, these exotic-sounding sessions basically take their inspiration from the circus, and will have participants suspended in mid-air and perform graceful shapes and movements.
The programs strengthen core muscles and gluts while improving balance, coordination and overall flexibility.
4. Dedicated innovative fitness features and spaces
Alongside the classes, the Pure Fitness Asia Square also comes with a dedicated area with Bulgarian bags, ViPR, kettlebells and TRX for functional training, a 4x35 indoor running track for endurance training, as well as a swimming pool.
5. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Zone
The new dedicated MMA Zone at Pure Fitness Asia Square includes a Competition Octagon for sparring, and top-notch instruction from specially certified trainers in Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing and MMA.
ith four clubs in Hong Kong (two in Central, one in Langham Place, and one in Admiralty) and two in Singapore (at Knightsbridge along Orchard Road and Asia Square at Marina View), Pure Fitness offers an extensive range of fitness classes and tailored programs suitable for all levels of strength and experience.
Clubs are equipped with specialty facilities including a designated boxing ring and functional training area, and provides complimentary induction programmes for all new joins.
Each club offers over 80 group exercise classes weekly taught by an international team.
Classes include unique offerings like TRX and Boot Camp, cycling, renowned Les Mills programs such as BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT, and a huge diversity of Group X Dance such as NYC Hip Hop, Latino Jam, Reggaeton, and Pole Dancing.
Pure Fitness' Singapore clubs were recently voted 'Most Luxurious' fitness gyms by Singapore's Shape magazine.
