Popular demand sees Ultimate Performance personal trainers relocate to larger Sydney facility

Due to popular demand, Ultimate Performance – a global leader in one-to-one personal training - is relocating from its current gym on Sydney’s Kent Street, to a larger location very close to Circular Quay and Martin Place and is set to open later this month.

Ultimate Performance (U.P.) has been operating in Sydney since 2017, during which time it has helped thousands of men and women achieve life-changing results.

Ultimate Performance advise they have been described by Men’s Fitness magazine as the ‘Goldman Sachs of personal training’ and that the company “is world-renowned for delivering incredible body transformations that no other fitness business can match.”

Ultimate Performance Sydney is a private facility, with no memberships. People cannot just ‘drop in’ for a workout. Instead, clients buy a block of sessions over a set time. Trainers then deliver the absolute maximum results possible within that time. This includes personalised training and nutrition programs, which are tailored to people’s specific lifestyles and goals. This also includes 24/7 support on diet adherence, stress management, sleep strategies and more.

Ultimate Performance notes “this puts clients at the heart of everything U.P. does, unlike the vast majority of commercial gyms”.

With the opening of the new U.P. Sydney gym, the company now operates 25 gyms across the world, with facilities in London, Los Angeles, Washington, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Amsterdam.

Sean Murphy, Chief Personal Training Officer at Ultimate Performances shared “When we came to Australia in 2017, we saw a real opportunity to bring our results-focused personal training and world-class expertise to Sydney.

“Since then, we’ve helped thousands of people take control of their health and fitness, and completely transform their lives for the better.

“Because of the continued success of our initial gym, the time is now right to relocate to an even better location near to Circular Quay. This is a really exciting time for our existing clients, who will benefit from upgraded facilities and more space, and an ideal time for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals to partner with Ultimate Performance.

“Ultimate Performance is for people who want something a little bit special. We’re nothing like commercial gyms or rogue personal trainers, who only care about session numbers. U.P. has been built on the principle of getting genuine, life-changing results for our clients. We are as invested in our client’s results as they are, which is why we offer 24/7 support. It’s why we consider ourselves a health advisory business, not just a gym.

“When you come to U.P., you are not just paired with a single trainer who doesn’t answer to anyone, and therefore your result left to chance. You will have access to an entire team of highly skilled and experienced trainers, all of whom will be working behind-the-scenes to keep your trainer accountable and make sure you achieve your specific goals.

“This investment in our new Sydney gym reaffirms U.P.’s commitment to our operations in Australia and we see a big future ahead.”
