Pathminder launches new solution for 24/7 gym security
A new range of security portals designed to stop all tailgating attempts in 24/7 gyms and similar facilities are now available in Australia and New Zealand.
PathMinder Pty Ltd have partnered with AllUser Industries srl to bring Europe’s most advanced high security portals to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
AllUser Industries started to manufacture security portals in 1976 and now distribute their products through 40 countries and now have more than 500 portals deployed in the 24/7 gyms across Europe. Alluser stand apart from other portal manufacturers due to their unique approach to ensuring their products offer the highest level of security and reliability through their network of factory trained and supported partners.
The PathMinder security portals are made up of two interlocking doors and a sophisticated ultra-sonic tailgate detection system to ensure access is limited to authorised people only. As standard the units are designed to be burglary resistant and are certified as P1A.
With over 40 fully customisable models in the range PathMinder can offer a solution to meet most security needs. The range is made up of classic, cylindrical and the unique half portal concept that is designed to cap an existing access controlled door to stop any unauthorised access.
At the company’s new product launch, security expert Dennis Castellan stated “PathMinder high-security portals ensure that only one person enters a club each time a member presents access control credentials at the main entrance.
“By removing the ‘tailgating’ problem 24/7 gyms can successfully deliver on the promise of 24-hour access in a financially competitive and sustainable way.
“These portals are widely used in the 24/7 gym market in Europe where we have over 500 entrance controlled by our portals.”
