New Star Trac Fitness studio cycles set to shake up spin rooms
Drawing on their wealth of experience and reputation for producing the highest quality indoor cycling bikes, Star Trac Fitness have just launched their new indoor Spin Bike range.
Having been the number one seller of group exercise bikes for a over a decade, a Star Trac spokesperson explained that these new bikes are “set to shake up the spin room”.
Being sold exclusively through commercial fitness equipment supplier Summit Fitness Equipment, the Star Trac Studio Series have a superior and consistent look and feel while offering different frames and drivetrains.
Each of the bikes (Studio 3™, Studio 5™ and Studio 7™) utilise the popular perimeter weighted flywheel and a direct pressure brake system.
The topoftheline Star Trac Studio 7™ features an aluminium frame, a fieldtested Poly V belt and is shipped with pedals featuring both toe cages and SPD clips.
The Star Trac Studio 5 ™ has these same popular features, but on the steel frame structure.
Both the Studio 5 ™ and Studio 7 ™ incorporate the Star Trac patent pending, durable Morse Taper ™ design that delivers unmatched performance, safety and durability.
Introducing the new range, Summit Fitness Equipment Chief Executive Adam Lewit explains, “Morse Taper™ makes the spin bikes safer for the user, Morse Taper provides the user a smoother and more secure ride and more importantly significantly reduces the maintenance of spin bikes for the club, compared to other indoor spinning brands, so it's a really important decision for longevity and ensuring a return on investment for club owners”.
The Star Trac Studio 3 ™ launches with a steel frame, a traditional chain drive and direct pressure brake system.
