'Transformation' theme for 2013 Eventing the Future conference

New Zealand's premier event industry conference - and the official conference of the New Zealand Association of Event Professionals (NZAEP) will be held 14th and 15th August at the Pullman Auckland Hotel, Auckland.

The conference promotes and encourages best practice by presenting and critiquing new ideas, events and initiatives, challenging delivery models and showcasing developments from within and outside of the industry.

With 'Transformation' the theme for the 2013 conference, the 13th annual Eventing the Future conference, the event will explore:

• Transforming Business Models by improved: outcomes, strategies and communications; and

• Transforming Event Environments through: space changes, activities and processes

Eventing the Future conference organisers have teamed up with Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development; Sport New Zealand; and Major Events New Zealand to provide a top programme of conference related events and packages.

The NZAEP is the industry association for event professionals in New Zealand aiming to bring professionals together to focus on the industry as a whole and to act as a voice for that industry and its members.

Founded in 2005, NZAEP has experienced considerable growth in its short history and has achieved milestones including reaching over 400 members, development of an educational and networking resource, annual industry conference, recognised event industry awards and a member administration service.
