New Holey Moley Golf Club open in inner Sydney
Entertainment innovator Funlab has opened its third Holey Moley mini-golf cocktail bar in Sydney occupying a space under the famous Kings Cross Coca-Cola sign.
Spread over two floors, the new Darlinghurst venue offers three nine-hole courses (27 holes in total), one of which is in the former Piano Room nightclub space.
With a freewheeling 1920s theme designed to evoke The Great Gatsby, the inner city venue has live DJs, a kitchen and a bar serving exotic cocktails including the Cherry Ripe, made with cherry liqueur, Chocolat Royal, coconut rum, whipped cream and shredded coconut.
Commenting on the opening of the 11th Holey Moley venue in Australia, Funlab Chief Executive Michael Schreiber explains “the aim was to go above and beyond, giving swing-savvy golfers a chance to work on their game and fun-seekers a place to hang their hats and let their hair down for a night.”
