Surge Health & Fitness, Perth's new premier health club, opened in May of 2007. With Surge Health & Fitness' owners having been personal trainers for over 25 years they brought a wealth of experience and knowledge of the benefits that PT can bring to the success of a health club.
Since opening, they have married that knowledge to Gladstone's flagship Plus2 product since opening - Plus2 being chosen for its advanced functionality over it competitor products, particularly in the area of customer relationship management.
Surge Health & Fitness recently added Gladstone's marketing tool, Analyser to their installation, with Analyser enabling enabling them to create, manage and control more accurate and targeted member marketing campaigns to their customer base via a choice of SMS, HTML emails, telemarketing and/or letters
A recent SMS text digital marketing campaign carried out by Surge Customer Services Manager, Jackie Bolger, resulted in over 100 further membership sales in one weekend! As a result, Jackie commented "we have had an exceptional response from the text campaigns leading to many new sales.
Our last campaign targeted those who may have indulged a little too much over Easter, hopefully tempting them back to the gym!''

Gladstone has also recently launched a new version of plus2 for the Australian market place.
The new version includes significant developments to the Learn to Swim bookings and the unique online internet module connect. This module not only allows for customer's to book & pay for classes online but also for prospects to enquire and purchase upfront memberships.
Sparkes added "the connect module gives our customers something unique to the Australian market place and makes a real difference to their business. It enables them to reduce queue time and staff costs and it also dramatically improves the 'stickiness' of your website and increases lead generation."
