Club Pilates expands franchised studio network across Australia
Club Pilates, the world's largest Pilates brand, has announced further expansion of its Australian franchise operations, with multiple new agreements taking it closer to a growth target of 50 outlets within 10 years.
Explaining that the Australian wellness market, especially the boutique fitness market, is in a rapid state of expansion, Club Pilates Australia Chief Executive and Director of Development, Brendan James advised “as Australia begins to reopen, we are seeing an influx of franchise inquiries (and) with our first movers, they are getting to cherry pick out of our very best locations.
“With most states across Australia shortly having a Club Pilates presence, it’s fantastic to see entrepreneurs believe in the Club Pilates opportunity and we are excited to continue expanding nationally - the demand for the concept is certainly there.”
James, who along with his wife and business partners, became the Australian master franchisee for the Xponential Fitness brand early last year, noted “we are already on track to exceed our planned rollout of five new studios per year. By the end of our first year we should have 10 studios in operation.”
Club Pilates has three operational studios in Queensland and is actively seeking single and multi-unit franchisees for sites including two or three A-grade locations in Australian capital cities.
Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the largest global Pilates brand by number of studios with more than 1000 studios licensed worldwide. It believes that Pilates is the finest strength-training workout available to anyone, at any age, and for any fitness level.
