Key Personnel Join Calgym

Leading fitness equipment provider Calgym has made two key appointments, with Brendan Davis and Andrew Pettet joining their team.

Brendan Davis has commenced as National Operations Manager. Davis has an extensive business background spanning the last 22 years, having owned and managed many businesses, receiving multiple tourism awards and Queensland's best Small Business Award.

He has also been involved in the fitness industry as a manager of small country centres, multi-site chains, and in key sales and marketing roles for leading entities involved in equipment importation and distribution. Most recently he was National Sales Manager for FFA PaySmart, one of Australia's leading Direct Debit Billing providores.

Davis has an active interest in the fitness industry and is a fully accredited Les Mills (Pro) instructor (BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyAttack) as well as being a national presenter for indoor cycling.

Andrew Pettet has commenced as National Sales and Marketing Manager. With over 18 years experience in the fitness and hospitality industries in Australia and the United Kingdom, for the last seven years Pettet has worked in the Queensland market as a commercial equipment Sales Consultant for Life Fitness.

During this period Pettet has been involved in both the set-up and refurbishment of many of the leading commercial health club projects in Queensland.
