HBF Health and Fitness Centre receives another Fitness Australia gold award

Perth’s HBF Arena Health and Fitness Centre has retained its GOLD Quality Award status from Fitness Australia for the third year in a row.

This prestigious award is the highest accolade that the industry can award to a fitness provider.

VenuesWest first received the GOLD Quality Award for HBF Arena Health and Fitness Centre in 2012 and has continued to maintain this status for the past three years.

The GOLD Quality Award is presented to health and fitness businesses who have received a total score between 80 to100 percent.

HBF Arena Health and Fitness Centre received an outstanding score of 93% for accomplishing continual success in:

• Programs, services and customer care 
• Staff members 
• Adhering to risk, safety and environmental standards 
• Business Management and Leadership

HBF Arena also received a ‘Highly Commended’ certification for scoring over 90% in the GOLD Award category at the recently presented national Health and Fitness Industry Quality Awards.

Welcoming the recognition, VenuesWest Chairman Graham Partridge OAM stated “these results reflect the exceptional quality and strength of the organisational teamwork at VenuesWest, our staff, our customer service and our business practices.

“It is this commitment to customer service that has more than 2,000 members using our quality facilities at HBF Arena’s Health and Fitness Centre since it opened in in 1994.

“This award recognises high industry standards and adds credibility to our venue, organisation and the industry across the broader health and community landscape.”
