Griffith Regional Aquatic Centre promotes activity and fitness program
With the arrival of spring the Griffith Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre (GRALC) has highlighted its fitness features - offering a variety of classes and programs to help users in working towards a healthier lifestyles.
The Centre features indoor heated pools where users can maintain your fitness with lap swimming or aqua aerobics classes in a warm and comfortable environment while its fully equipped gym provides an extensive range of cardio and strength training equipment.
Group activities at GRALC include BodyBalance, BodyPump, Zumba, Spinnerz and Gentle Exercise - all designed to help users build strength, flexibility and endurance.
In addition, the Centre’s Swim School offers a year-round Learn to Swim program, ensuring that swimmers of all ages continue to develop their skills and prepare for the outdoor swimming season.
For those looking for a more personalised approach, GRALC’s expert trainers are available for personal training sessions.
