Gold’s Gym Australia launch new health and wellness podcast
Gold’s Gym Australia have recently launched a new podcast - Good as Gold’s - aimed at sharing the global fitness group’s passion for key areas on health and wellness.
The Good as Gold’s podcast is available on all major platforms and is hosted by experienced coaches Callum O’Shea and Emily Heazlewood.
Since the opening of its first club at Venice Beach in 1965, Gold’s Gym has gone on to become an industry leader helping thousands of people globally through their health and wellness journey.
Gold’s Gym Australia Chief Operating Officer Glen Farrow said the podcast was a great opportunity to communicate the brand’s health and wellness message to a local, national and global audience.
Farrow notes “our podcast will be focussing on key areas that are foundational to Gold’s Gym including; building physical and mental strength, personal mindsets when it comes to training and recovery as well as the importance of nutrition for overall wellbeing along with different styles of training to achieve an individual’s goals.
“Callum and Emily will also offer their own unique insights as experienced fitness industry professionals, they have clicked naturally on air together with a nice mix of friendly banter and informative topics covering fitness, nutrition and mindfulness.
“We have some exciting guests including former SAS soldier and mental health advocate Mark Wales along with Australia Ninja Warrior winner Ben Polson now available to download.”
Farrow added “there’s more high profile guests locked in for future podcasts and I am sure our listeners will take something away from each episode which they can include in their daily fitness and wellness regime.”
Current Australian locations for Gold’s Gym include, North Sydney, Miranda (NSW), Fyshwick (ACT), Fremantle, Kennedy Park, Mandurah, Port Kennedy, Rockingham (WA) as well as Toowoomba and Kippa-Ring in Queensland. New locations are currently being explored in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
