Fitness First opens its doors for free during Fitness Week
Fitness First clubs are opening their doors for free throughout all of this week to celebrate Fitness Week - which runs from 20th to 26th October.
During the week, Fitness First is encouraging anyone, of any fitness level, to come along and participate in a range of free daily themed activities which include group exercise classes, freestyle group training, workshops and advice.
The theme for the week is #NOFEAR, with Fitness First members invited to nominate their family, friends and workmates for a #NOFEAR challenge – trying something they have never done in the gym before.
Each day of Fitness Week will focus on a different area of fitness from strength training and Dynamic Movement Training to mind/body workshops involving Pilates and Yoga and the importance of recovery and wellness.
