Fitness Experts to Share Sales Mastery

A team of Australia's top fitness sales and marketing experts are to present a unique series of seminars that aim to help fitness and recreation professionals boost membership and personal training sales.

The series, Sales Mastery, will be presented on Tuesday 31st May in Sydney (at The Holiday Inn, Mascot) and Wednesday 1st in June in Melbourne (at the Riverside Golf Club, Ascot Vale).

Presenters and topics to be addressed are:

Mike Warren, Zento Sales Solutions - 'Nine Silly things that impact on rapport and trust and cost centres sales every day'
Warren entered the fitness industry 25 years ago, starting as a gym and group exercise instructor before working his way through to management and ownership. With a passion for sales systems and training, Warren spent several years managing small and large centres before founding Zento Solutions in 1998. He focuses on designing workable sales and customer service systems and training key staff with the skills necessary for instant sales success.

Petar Lackovic, Impact Training - 'The truth behind successful selling in the fitness industry'
Lackovic is the General Manager for Impact Training and the National Sales Academy. He is one of Australia's leading sales trainers and is a popular presenter across many industries. Lackovic will use his years of experience to share with you the simplest, most effective and non-scripted way to gain more members and personal training clients for your club, studio or fitness business and create a sales system for your team.

Amanda Bracks, Bracks Consulting - 'Emotional intelligence selling to close more sales and gain more referrals'
With over 16 years of membership sales, management, marketing and leadership experience Bracks (pictured above) is the 'go to' person for ideas on prospecting, methods to close more sales and grow membership bases and income. Bracks is also known for her high energy, and extreme passion for the fitness industry. She is author of the only Australian fitness sales book 'Changing Lives', writes for industry magazines, presents at Filex and was the course creator for 'business sales' for the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Justin Tamsett, Active Management - '2011 outreach ideas that produce leads'
Tamsett (pictured above) has been in the industry since 1988 as a personal trainer, sales person, club manager and club owner. He facilitates the Fitness Round Table Program for club owners and personal trainers and consults with clubs in sales, customer service, retention and marketing.
