Fitness Australia inducts Lisa Westlake into Industry Roll of Honour
Lisa Westlake, Owner and Director of Physical Best, is the newest inductee to the Fitness Industry Roll of Honour for 2017, where industry leaders are recognised for their important contributions.
Acknowledging Westlake’s career achievements, Fitness Australia Chief Executive Bill Moore acknowledged “we've inducted Lisa into the Roll of Honour for bridging the gap between physiotherapy and fitness.
"Lisa continues to have a significant impact on the Australian fitness industry, contributing to its long term growth and prosperity, through her continued support of industry events and representation in media - both radio and print.
"Lisa is a physiotherapist, highly regarded fitness instructor and a sought after national and international presenter for very good reason.
"Inductees to the Fitness Industry Roll of Honour are people who've made a significant impact to the growth and development of the fitness industry and have therefore made the industry what it is today. Lisa Westlake is a perfect example of this.
"Honouring people in and around the Australian fitness industry for their outstanding contribution and dedication is an important part of our responsibility of Fitness Australia as the peak industry association. This is a responsibility and tradition that we're proud to uphold.”
