Fit n Fast introduces new features in upgraded clubs

The Fit n Fast gym group has been upgrading its clubs over recent months with contemporary designs and a range of new features.

Having grown to 18 clubs operating in Brisbane, Canberra, Charlestown, Melbourne, Newcastle and across the greater Sydney area, a spokesperson explained “(our) gorgeous clubs now have wooden floors, exposed brick and various graphics throughout the club.”

Part of the Fit n Fast renovations have been to add in the new high intensity training brand QMAX (Quickie Max) zone, with Qmax classes now available in 18 locations.

Offering a range of exciting instructor led class formats designed for strength, weight loss, increased fitness, endurance and athletic performance, QMAX classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and according to the Fit n Fast spokesperson “will truly fast-track (participant’s) results.”

With the group having also introduced YogaBar – a combined Yoga, Barre, Pilates and Reformer studio – concept last year, a fifth YogaBar studio is set to open in the Sydney CBD at the end of next month.
