Festival Legends headline NSW Regional Events Conference

Peter Noble, Bluesfest Festival Director, has been announced as the second keynote presenter at the upcoming NSW Regional Events Conference.

Noble will join another Australian Festival legend, Bill Hauritz, founder and Festival Director of the internationally acclaimed Woodford Folk Festival, at the Conference.

The NSW Regional Events Conference (NSWREC) is the first conference of its kind in is being held in Wagga Wagga from 2nd to 4th May.

Conference Coordinator Belinda King explains “to attract the calibre of experience Bill and Peter have is an amazing coup for our conference and will provide so many opportunities for our delegates.

 “Both Bill and Peter will be in attendance throughout the conference and will also be involved with other panel sessions.”

The conference will also feature presentations by Parkes Elvis Festival, The Deni Ute Muster, Touch Football Australia, Surfing NSW, The Conference Shop plus other case studies from festivals and local government across the state.

Registrations are open to anyone with an interest in the regional events field including community event organisers, event management businesses/contractors, Local Governments, Regional Tourism Organisations, local tourism organisations and students.

The conference is supported by host partners Wagga Wagga City Council and Destination NSW.
