Managers / Owners Stream:

Team Loyalty: Loyalty and commitment to your club are great assets to have among a team of group fitness instructors, but these qualities do not develop without the encouragement and support. This session will provide strategies to not only guarantee that instructors will stay with your club, but also to commit to providing an excellent fitness experience. Presented by Marietta Mehanni

KPI for a Gym Operation: These are disruptive times. The market has changed but the key metrics that drive us have remained largely intact. Measuring the effectiveness of member touch points, as well as the commercial drivers can be hard work. As a leader in a new era of club business you cannot afford to let tradition hold you back. We reveal what some of the industry’s best businesses are measuring to drive success. Presented by Reece Zondag

Grow your Business: Use the new Fringe Benefit Tax exempt product - Stress Management Exercise Association Endorsed Programme (SMEAEP) to grow your Business from new revenue from corporate customers. Presented by Richard Beddie

Personal Trainers Stream

The Core Issue: Abdominals and core muscles - are they the same? Confusion on these two muscle groups has many holding planks for minutes and performing hundreds of Swiss ball crunches in the effort to strengthen the core. This session will clarify the difference and provide exercises examples that will highlight their individual purposes. Presented by Marietta Mehanni

‘The Brand of You’: This session will help you understand that that a poster up on a wall in the gym is not marketing. Learn effective marketing concepts, and also how to calculate and create your personal Net Promoter Score (NPS). Presented by Reece Zondag

Grow your Business: Use the new Fringe Benefit Tax exempt product - Stress Management Exercise Association Endorsed Programme (SMEAEP) to grow your client base, and retain customers, from from corporate customers. Presented by Richard Beddie
