Enta partners with Gladstone Entertainment Centre
The Gladstone Entertainment Centre (GEC) has become the latest venue to use Enta Ticketing Solutions' world leading ticketing, marketing and CRM solution.
GEC events are currently being performed in the GEC Marquee at Marina Plaza while the Gladstone Entertainment Centre expansion project (GECPE) is underway.
The project involves a state-of-the-art redevelopment of the Gladstone Entertainment Centre and expansion of the adjoining multi-level car park to include an additional three levels of car parking and two storeys of commercial office space.
The project is being jointly delivered by project partners, Gladstone Regional Council and Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) and is being driven by Council's plan to create a larger, multi-purpose entertainment venue for the growing Gladstone community, the strong demand for additional public parking in the CBD precinct and GPC's need to ensure shipping in Gladstone harbour is controlled in a safe and efficient manner.
The Enta Ticketing and CRM Solution enables venues to manage event ticketing, season tickets, subscriptions, membership and marketing.
As Enta Australasia Managing Director John Godwin explains "Enta is continuing to win new customers with its extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM solution and we're thrilled to partner with The Gladstone Entertainment Centre.
"They are among the growing number of Australian customers who are choosing enta over their current systems for a number of reasons, including its extensive ticketing, CRM, online sale and reporting capabilities.
GEC Performing Arts Manager Troy Everett stated "we were recommended to use enta; it has a reputation in the industry as the system of choice. The Enta Australasia team has done a terrific job under pressure of the very tight timeframes with losing our old system. Also the help and training provided helped the box office staff cope with a major shift/change to what they were used to."
Enta also provides the ticketing software solution for the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and its Qtix ticketing service as well as the Cairns Civic Theatre and its Ticketlink ticketing agency.
Currently, Enta is responsible for selling tens of millions of tickets annually in over 500 entertainment organisations across 24 countries.
