Discovering Life Kinetik

After its successful launch at the 2012 Australian Fitness & Health Expo, the Australian distributors of the Life Kinetik brain performance training system are hosting a discovery day at the Macquarie University Sport & Aquatic Centre, NSW on Sunday 3rd June.
The discovery will be a way for potential participantin the first the Life Kinetik trainer course to get an idea of the potential of the system.
In its home country of Germany, the system, which boosts brain performance by combining cognitive tasks, visual perception training and physical activity, is being used by the German national football team at its training camp in preparation for the Euro 2012 championships.
The system has also been used by German Bundesliga Champions 2012 and DFB-Cup winners Borussia Dortmund wins championship and DFB-Cup: After a very successful season Borussia Dortmund. Borussia Dortmund has been training with Life Kinetik since 2009.
In Australia, the first Life Kinetik trainer course will be held from 12th to 16th September at Macquarie University in Sydney while the first Life Kinetik Kids holiday clinic is set to be held in the Sydney suburb of North Ryde in July.
