Commemorative publication to mark 32 years of the Qantas Credit Union Arena
To mark the life and times of the Qantas Credit Union Arena (formerly the Sydney Entertainment Centre), the venue’s manager AEG Ogden in collaboration with well-known music journalists Toby Creswell and Lisa Anthony, are creating a special limited edition commemorative book.
With the arena set to close before the end of the year, the 160 page celebratory book will be released for sale in November; ahead of the Arena’s Final Curtain Call on 19th December 2015.
The book will review 32 years of colossal stage shows and extravaganzas, backstage antics and crowd stopping moments - using the enduring photography of the prolific Tony Mott, Bob King and Glenn Pokorny, along with posters, backstage passes and mementos from thousands of events.
It will also include exclusive interviews with Sir Elton John and members of Cold Chisel.
This limited edition book will be available for sale at the Arena at the upcoming events and via our website in November 2015.
