VMA presents After Five Functions across Australia
The Venue Management Association [Asia and Pacific] (VMA) is to stage its popular After 5! functions at key venues across Australia.
Following the success of recent events at Domain Stadium in Perth, the Sydney Opera House and Melbourne's Fed Square, new events have been announced for Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney that will run through September and October.
The Events are:
• Brisbane After 5! - Queensland Performing Arts Centre - Wednesday 9th September
• Sydney After 5! - Qantas Credit Union Arena - Wednesday 30th September
• Melbourne After 5! – Etihad Stadium - Thursday 22nd October
At Etihad Stadium the topic will be 'World Speedway is coming to town' covering the venue’s host upcoming hosting of a FIM Speedway Grand Prix event while QPAC has recently marked a the fourth year consecutive year record attendances.
The Qantas Credit Union Arena event will represent one of the final times that an industry audience will gather at the historic venue, with the former Sydney Entertainment Centre set for closure and demolition in December as part of International Convention Centre, Sydney (ICC Sydney) development.
The VMA is also looking for other member venues to host future After 5! Functions.
