Enrolments open for 2015 Venue Management School and Graduate Institute
The Committee of the Asia-Pacific’s Venue Management School has recently opened enrolments for the 2015 Venue Management School (VMS) and Graduate Institute (GI) - with student numbers rapidly swelling.
Encouraging prospective students to enrol as soon as possible, an early-bird enorlement rate is available until 31st August 2015.
Significantly, this year’s editions of the VMS and GI have a new location at Salt Resort Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast (approximately 20 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport.
VMS spokesperson Maria Lamari explains that “the new venue and its facilities are modern and contemporary, and will take the learning and academic environment to a new level.”
In April 2015, the VMA was successful in the creation of the new Diploma of Venue Management, approved and endorsed by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). VMA now owns the qualification and administers it in-house. For the first time, students will have the opportunity to choose between two packages:
Package 1: Attendance at the school in conjunction with additional learning package to graduate with Diploma of Venue Management (nationally accredited); or
Package 2: Attendance at the school only in order to receive a Graduation Certificate (not nationally accredited).
The 2015 VMS and GI programs will run from Sunday 8th to Friday 13th November 2015.
For further details on the new location, qualification and pricing go to www.vmaschool.com. For inquiries contact VMS Education Coordinator Suzie Crawford on 07 5501 6000, E: education@vma.org.au
