Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope stages free open day

The Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope has recently staged a family open day – attracting local with an interest in the game,

Held on Saturday 7th October, the whole-day event gave community members the chance to enjoy free court hire, along with a range of free clinics to keep children active and having fun.

Blacktown City Mayor Stephen Bali commented “families were able to experience our high quality courts and find out more about the great range of programs that we run at Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope including coaching, junior holiday programs and our social tennis night competition.”

The free clinics on offer on the day included coaching clinics for five to seven years, eight to 10 years and those aged 11 years and over,

Adults were also able to enjoy a free cardio tennis exercise class at 11 am while a jumping castle was available on the site for younger visitors.
