Blacktown City advances regional tennis facility plan

Blacktown City Council is inviting expressions of interests for a contract for the planning and design of a planned regional tennis facility at its Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope facility.

The proposal also includes plans for an extension to the award winning aquatic, fitness and recreation facility.
