BelgraviaPRO to take on management of Coonamble Riverside Caravan Park
Belgravia Leisure has advised that its BelgraviaPRO division is to take on the management of the Coonamble Riverside Caravan Park in Western NSW as of 18th January next year.
Promising “unique guest experiences” under its management, BelgraviaPRO General Manager of Tourism and Wellness, Karen Golden is looking forward to working with Coonamble Shire Council to provide an enhanced experience for guests, commenting “we are excited to support Coonamble Council on its vision and masterplan to increase visitation and create unique guest experiences.
“Our priority is to create a Holiday Park that not only attracts new visitors, achieves great referral and return visitation but also supports the growth of the local economy in the Coonamble region.”
Sited on the banks of the Castlereagh River, the Coonamble Riverside Caravan Park close to the town centre and only 80 kilometres away from Warrumbungle National Park, the popular holiday park consists of four fully self-contained cabins, two of which are new, along with approximately 80 powered and unpowered sites, new quality guest amenities and a brand new three-bedroom manager’s residence.
Welcoming BelgraviaPRO’s involvement with the site, Coonamble Shire Council Mayor, Al Karanouh commented “we were very impressed by the great efforts that BelgraviaPRO went to in demonstrating their understanding of the Coonamble region.
“This is an organisation with significant experience and knowledge, who also sees the great potential of what we have to offer to visitors. We recognise the caravan park as a valuable community asset and we are very excited to partner with an industry leader to make the most of every opportunity.”
Future plans for upgrades include a new accessible cabin, ensuite sites, camp kitchen, an internal road and other improvements to enhance the guest experience, as well as the introduction of BelgraviaPRO’s signature ‘Pure Glamping’ experience.
Pure Glamping will provide guests with the option to stay in eco-friendly self-contained tent accommodation.
BelgraviaPRO’s and Belgravia Leisure’s management experience includes the operation of the award-winning Historic mineral bathing Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa in Victoria and the under-construction Cultural Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa in New Zealand.
In NSW, BelgraviaPRO also manages campgrounds in the Eurobdalla Shire, First Sun and Suffolk Holiday Parks in Byron Bay, Lake St Claire Campground and Yass Caravan Park.
