Belgravia Leisure makes new appointment in learning and development role

The Belgravia Health & Leisure Group has announced the appointment of Samantha Mueller to the newly created role of Group Manager, Learning & Employee Experience.

Described as "a changemaker, committed to positively impacting the employee experience through the design and delivery of innovative learning and engagement initiatives" Mueller has experience retail, banking and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environments.

Announcing the appointment, Mark Maybury, Head of People and Culture at Belgravia Leisure, advised "the creation of this role and Sam’s appointment signals the next phase our people transformation.

“The link between the experiences of our customers and our employees is undeniable and I am excited to work with Sam on creating clear opportunities and pathways for our team to grow and progress their careers within our organisation.”

Mueller, whose previous experience includes senior learning and development roles at well-known Australian companies, kicked off her induction working with Belgravia Leisure teams in venues across Australia to immerse herself in the business and connect with our people and the vibrant communities we proudly operate in.
