Australia’s largest wellness expo returns to Sydney
The Wellness Show - a unique showcase of the innovations and technology that are transforming the way people stay healthy, happy and fit - is returning to Sydney this weekend.
Now in its second year, The Wellness Show has quickly become Australia’s premier exhibition dedicated to health and wellbeing – including fitness, psychology, nutrition and healthcare.
Running from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd April at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion & Royal Hall of Industries, the event also includes the world’s largest conference on human happiness and wellbeing, the 11th annual Happiness & Its Causes conference.
With over 120 exhibitors participating in the show, highlights include:
• 100+ free seminars on health, fitness, psychology, work and more
• 20+ free cooking demonstrations in The Wellness Kitchen including Dr Joanna McMillan, official nutritionist of The Today Show and Carly & Tresne, My Kitchen Rules 2014 favourites
• 30+ free fitness and yoga demos including workouts led by Steve Willis (‘Commando Steve’) and the Sculpt Sisters
• The Gyuto Monks – who will be constructing a sand mandala and leading meditation.
The event also sees the launch of Wellness@Work, a conference and dedicated exhibition zone which explores the burgeoning area of workplace health and wellness.
