Australian Swim Schools Association completes ISSS 2018 program
The Australian Swim Schools Association has revealed the full program for the International Swim Schools Spectacular 2018 (ISSS 2018) being held from 26th July through to 2nd August.
The unique event, which starts in Sydney, includes:
• Australian Swim Schools Conference - 30th July to 1st August
• Splash Expo - 1st and 2nd August
• World Infant Aquatic Conference - 2nd to 4th August
• Vorgee Welcome Drinks - 30th July
• Australian Swim Schools Awards Gala - 31st July
• ISSA Welcome Drinks - 2nd August
Pre and Post events will also be taking place as part of the Spectacular;
• Bondi Beach Experience - 27th July
• Sydney Swim Schools Tour - 28th July
• Brisbane Swim Schools Tour - 5th August
The program is filled with leading national and international experts and speakers from both within the learn-to-swim and water safety Industry, as well as from a wide range of external industries and businesses.
The international keynote speakers include: master of building productive leaders, Dave Crenshaw - USA; Swim School owner, manager, teacher and coach, Krissy Bartlett - USA; infant swimming pioneer Beatriz Esesarte - Mexico; and internationally recognised trainer, consultant and clinician in the area of childhood trauma, abuse and dissociation, Frances Waters - USA.
In all ISSS 2018 features 23 speakers from overseas.
Australian speakers include: water safety and swim coaching legend, Laurie Lawrence; motivational speaker, Bruce Sullivan; leadership and succession advisor Tim Ford, and ‘marketing to mums’ specialist Katrina McCarter.
Looking forward to the event, ASSA Chief Executive Ross Gage advises “this event is unprecedented in Australia - in fact, the world - and is sure to be a sell-out.
“Already Carlile Swimming have reserved 50 places.”
