Artesian Hospitality unveils plans for $5 million rooftop entertainment precinct on the Gold Coast

Australian hospitality group Artesian Hospitality has revealed its plans for Cali Beach Club - a $5 million rooftop entertainment precinct overlooking the Gold Coasts’ Surfers Paradise beach - with owners advising of a possible opening early 2021.

Situated on the corner of Surfers Paradise Boulevarde and Elkhorn Avenue in the heart of Surfers Paradise and with sweeping views of the beach and the city, guests will ride up four flights in an impressive 26-person glass elevator to the precinct’s rooftop which will feature a sand-covered volleyball court, poolside cabanas, world-class restaurant, multiple premium dining outlets, bars, and an outdoor cinema.

Cali Beach Club  will be able to welcome up to 2,000 guests at any given time.

Artesian Hospitality Managing Partner Matthew Keegan advises “Cali Beach Club marks the start of something special for entertainment offerings of its kind in Queensland and Australia in general.

“Cali Beach Club is a complete testament to our commitment to bring unique venues to life that will ensure our customer’s expectations are not just met but exceeded.

“Our aim is to deliver a luxury hospitality experience that will surpass anything currently available in Australia and I am totally confident that we will achieve that aim.”

Keegan said highlights of the Cali Beach Club include “the beach volleyball court, a slick new restaurant with unobstructed ocean views, three large beach-edged pools, endless sun lounges and daybeds, bars, exercise areas, open air luxe showers and VIP Cabanas.”

Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate enthused “I applaud the team behind this development as it will be a beacon for locals and visitors. I look forward to seeing the evolution of Cali Beach Club into one of those must-visit destinations year-round.”
