ARI 52nd annual conference returns to Hunter Valley
The 52nd annual Aquatic and Recreation Institute (ARI) Conference and Trade Show will be returning to the Crowne Plaza, Hunter Valley on the 20th and 21st June with keynote presentations by high profile speakers and a range of management and operational streams presented by industry specialists.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to participate in various networking activities and view demonstrations of the latest products and technology available to the aquatic and recreation industry.
A key presentation at the event will cover the management of drowning risks and how to how to prevent drowning from a legally defendable position.
The event will include a full AUSTSWIM Aquatic Services Officer (ASO) course, professional development sessions for Certificate III Modules, professional development sessions and a trade show.
Presented by Gary Johnson of Pool Super Vision™ and Matt North of FAST College will present a new concept for drowning prevention that will present attendees with procedures that they can begin implementing immediately at their centre. The presentation will also include the unit of competence BSBRSK401 Identify risk and apply risk management processes.
