AMCO Gymnastics announce historic eight-year partnership with Gymnastics Australia

Gymnastics Australia has announced a new equipment partnership with AMCO Gymnastics and Janssen Fritsen International, using the world class Speith Gymnastics equipment for the next eight years.

This partnership continues the relationship already forged between Gymnastics Australia and AMCO Gymnastics as the official supplier of the world-class Janssen Fritsen gymnastics equipment in Australia, and also falls in line with JF International’s goals of promoting Speith as their flagship brand for world class events such as the Olympic Games and World Championships.

As the Australian distributor for Janssen Fritsen and Speith equipment, AMCO will not only provide top class equipment and equipment support, but will also manage the logistics services required to maintain and store Gymnastics Australia’s equipment, and deliver a smooth logistics and equipment management operation at all National Events.

In aligning itself with the number one gymnastics equipment brand in the world, Speith, Gymnastics Australia will ensure that Australian athletes have every opportunity to be competing on the same equipment as at top international events - including the upcoming Olympics – at their own flagship events, including the Australian Gymnastics Championships and National Clubs Carnival.

This partnership over the next eight years is a combined investment in excess of $1.2 million, which will see Gymnastics Australia partnering with AMCO Gymnastics.

Gymnastics Australia’s Chief Executive Mark Rendell, said the deal was a significant one for the sport of gymnastics, and offered a 'one stop shop' for Gymnastics Australia’s event equipment and logistics.

Rendell stated “I would like to welcome AMCO Gymnastics as an Official Partner of Gymnastics Australia.

“We look forward to working with both AMCO and the JF International team over the coming years to continue to provide top-quality gymnastics equipment, and deliver seamless logistical support to Gymnastics Australia’s events.”

AMCO Gymnastics Director Pascal Ulrich added “after more than 30 years of service to the Australian Gymnastics community, AMCO Gymnastics is looking forward to supplying the same world-class equipment that is now expected by coaches and athletes at all National events.

“We believe that it will be of great benefit for Australian gymnasts to be able to compete on world-class equipment over the next two Olympic cycles.”

“The longevity of this deal we feel is really significant for Australian gymnastics, and both AMCO and JF International are both looking forward to taking part in the development of the next generation of Australian gymnasts over the next eight years.”
