Alpine Health & Fitness launches 'Bootcamp for Beginners'
Alpine Health & Fitness is offering a new beginner bootcamp in response to the Queenstown community's demand for an entry level fitness programme.
Rookies 'The Bootcamp for Beginners' is a four week programme designed to increase participants' fitness, strength and stamina at an introductory level that will focus on building confidence.
Alpine Health & Fitness Manager Richie Heap is excited about the latest addition to his range of group training programmes, stating "we've realised that many people are keen to give bootcamps a go but say they're a bit daunted. It's fantastic to be able to offer a programme for those new to exercise, or returning to it after a break. Rookies gives them a chance to try bootcamp style training in a safe and supportive exercise environment."
Rookies 'The Bootcamp for Beginners' starts Monday 4th February and continues every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for four weeks.
Participants can choose from morning or evening training and costs $229 per person for non-members and $189 per person for Alpine Health & Fitness members.
