Albany Creek Leisure Centre launches 24/7 fitness access

Albany Creek Leisure Centre’s Health Club has launched its 24/7 offering for the community with gym facilities now available at all hours.

Part of growing move to 24/7 operations by established facilities across Australia, which can increase patronage by around 25%, the northern metropolitan Brisbane facility is making fitness and wellbeing even more accessible for locals. 

As the only full-service gym available in the area, equipped with a wide range of cardio equipment, pin-loaded machines and free weights, the unrestricted 24/7 access will enable members to lead active and healthy lifestyles with convenience despite the busy demands of modern life.

The upgraded Health Club accessibility compliments the Albany Creek Leisure Centre’s comprehensive offering of unique programs and services, which includes over 70 group fitness classes, aquatic facilities and its personalised Face2Face program. 

The Face2Face program offers an outstanding level of service for members, with five 30-minute sessions with a personal trainer provided at no extra cost, within the first thirty days of joining the Health Club. These sessions incorporate an individually designed program, risk assessment, nutrition guidelines and goal setting.
