50,000 visitors experience 7D Cinema technology on the Gold Coast

Since opening in Surfers Paradise last year, nearly 50,000 patrons have experienced 7D Cinema - the newest technology in virtual reality.

Featuring the latest movie entertainment, thrilling special effects and spectacular footage, the enhanced 7D Simulator offers 10 different movies including gliding on a rollercoaster in space, riding on the Great Wall of China in a TukTuk, scuba diving through an amazing underwater world or battling scary creatures on 'Bloody Road'.

Visitors to the 7D Cinema buckle up in Ferrari-style seats on an enhanced simulator platform that moves according to what is happening on screen, enhanced with interactive 3D glasses.

The operators of 7D Cinema are also offering franchise opportunities for the attraction to be operated in other locations.

7D Cinema Surfers Paradise is open daily.
