gemba to complete Moorabbin Oval Football Hub feasibility study
St Kilda Football Club, in partnership with AFL Victoria, has appointed consultants gemba to prepare a Feasibility Study for the development of a community football hub at Moorabbin Oval.
The study will consider the future community use of Moorabbin Oval as well as creating a football hub to be used by the Southern Football League, South Metro Junior Football League, AFL Victoria and the Sandringham Dragons.
To facilitate increased community use, the study will also consider development options for new facilities such as change rooms, coaches boxes, and community meeting rooms.
The project adds to an impressive list of sports infrastructure projects that gemba is currently working on, including a whole of game review of grass roots, high performance and stadia planning and development for the NRL.
