The Top New & Emerging Franchises ranking featured YogaSix at No. 24, AKT at No. 47, Rumble Boxing at No. 52, and STRIDE Fitness at No. 72. This year marks Rumble’s debut on the coveted list, which highlights some of the strongest companies that have begun offering franchise opportunities in the last five years (since 2018).

On the Fastest-Growing Franchises list, which was released in March, Club Pilates was No. 25, StretchLab was No. 33, YogaSix was No. 53, CycleBar was No. 98, and Pure Barre at No. 107. These rankings mark significant advancement over last year for Club Pilates, StretchLab and YogaSix, and this is the first time CycleBar has appeared on the list. The Fastest-Growing list recognises companies that saw the greatest franchise unit growth in the U.S. and Canada from July 2021 to July 2022.

Additionally, Club Pilates and Pure Barre appeared on the Top Global Franchises list, placing at No. 161 and No. 193, respectively. The Top Global Franchises comprise of franchise brands with an international presence.

Welcoming the recognition, Xponential Fitness President, Sarah Luna stated "these prestigious accolades for eight of our 10 brands is made possible through the dedication and hard work of our talented franchise partners, passionate leadership teams, and hundreds of thousands of employees and members who are the heartbeat of our brands,.

“We are still in the early stages of global growth and development and are excited to see where all our brands can create and expand fitness communities.”

Entrepreneur’s Top New and Fastest-Growing Franchise lists represent the golden standard of franchise growth, creativity, and innovation. Both sets of rankings are based on information submitted to Entrepreneur for its annual Franchise 500 and are part of the brand’s continuing effort to best understand and evaluate the ever-changing franchise marketplace. To qualify for inclusion on the 2023 lists, the companies featured have been assessed across multiple data points including unit growth, start-up costs and fees, training and support, financial stability, and brand strength.

The listings coincide with a successful year for Xponential Fitness. During the judging period of July 2021 to July 2022, the company awarded 1,082 new franchise territories and opened 405 locations across its brands, which also include Row House and Body Fit Training (BFT).

Furthering its fitness industry links and mission to make boutique fitness more accessible, Xponential has also recently announced partnerships with global brands including Princess Cruises, Aktiv Solutions, LG and lululemon.

Master Franchise Agreement in Japan for StretchLab
Xponential Fitness also recently announced that it has signed a Master Franchise Agreement in Japan for StretchLab, the world’s largest assisted stretching brand.

The agreement provides the Master Franchisee with the opportunity to license at least 40 StretchLab studios in Japan to potential franchisees over the next 10 years. As of December 31, 2022, Xponential had over 2,600 open studios worldwide, operating in 16 countries and four continents.
