Waypoint to assist Hawthorn FC at Waverley Park
Waypoint Pty Ltd have announced their recent appointment by leading AFL club Hawthorn Football Club to undertake a scoping study on the future of the Club's training and administration facilities at Waverley Park.
To ensure the Club remains a spirited force in the AFL competition, the study will review industry trends and best practice, as well as current site conditions and constraints, prior to undertaking key stakeholder engagement to identify, articulate and understand stakeholder key needs, values and aspirations for the facilities.
Upon completion, the Hawthorn FC executive team and board will be presented with a concise report documenting redevelopment options, concepts and associated costings.
This appointment now means Waypoint are working with all four of the 2011 AFL preliminary finalists: Geelong Football Club, West Coast Eagles, Collingwood Football Club and now Hawthorn FC.
